01 Week 0

Discovery Call

"What brings you here? What's breaking? What's the version of this you actually want?"

  • We spend an hour understanding your operation, your team, and the ceiling you're hitting
  • No pitch. No intake form. A real conversation about what's actually happening
  • We're listening for the pattern — the thing underneath the thing you came to talk about
  • If there's a fit, we talk about what the engagement looks like. If there isn't, we say so

02 Month 1

Assessment & Foundation

We map your Integrated Leadership Stack — the actual system running you, not the story you tell about it.

  • Inner World — your identity, core beliefs, what you're unconsciously driving toward
  • Outer World — your operations, strategy, and execution systems
  • Relational Field — how you actually show up with your team, not how you think you show up
  • Creative Expression — what you're building for and what still has meaning for you
By end of Month 1, you can see the system.
03 Months 2–3

Deep Work

The hard part. Identity and belief systems that are actually running your decisions — examined, tested, and updated.

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions — strategy and inner work together, not in separate buckets
  • Monthly cohort with 4–6 other non-competing supply chain leaders doing the same work
  • Real business challenges on the table: team that won't align, model that's hit a plateau, decision you can't make
  • The inner work enables the outer work — you can redesign the system when you're not attached to it validating you

04 Months 4–5

Integration

Applying what you've learned to the decisions in front of you. This is where the shift becomes visible to your team.

  • Bringing your team into what you've been working on — teams don't need perfect leaders, they need honest ones
  • Real delegation: handing off decisions you've always made and holding people accountable for outcomes, not methods
  • Relational work — seeing the dynamics you've been creating without realizing it
  • Watching your patterns in the cohort and recognizing which ones are worth keeping

05 Month 6

Creative Expression & Transition

What are you actually building? Not the company description — the reason it still matters to you.

  • Vision work: articulating what you're building and why, now that you can see it more clearly
  • Leadership legacy: how you want to show up for the people who work for you
  • Continue with monthly retainer, join the Operator Circle, or transition to quarterly check-ins — you choose the pace
